We are looking for a driven sales professional who can help us acquire UK-based recruitment clients and win international hiring mandates.
What you’ll do
- Generate leads and build pipeline in the UK market
- Reach out to founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Book meetings and pitch recruitment services
- Convert prospects into active mandates
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Work with recruiters to ensure successful delivery
What we need
- 3–8 years in recruitment sales / staffing BD / executive search sales
- Experience selling to international clients, preferably UK
- Strong outbound, consultative selling, and closing skills
- Excellent English communication
- Proven ability to open new accounts and drive revenue
Preferred
- Existing UK network
- Experience in agency recruitment or staffing firms
Compensation
Fixed + incentives tied to revenue and mandates won
