Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, client engagement, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and supporting strategic partnerships. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of Electrical Systems/Renewable Energy/ BESS technologies
- Good knowledge of power systems, load management, and energy economics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- High ownership and result-oriented mindset.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is an advantage.
- 6–08 years of experience in BESS, Solar EPC, Electrical, Power Solutions, UPS, or DG replacement projects.
- Experience in handling C&I customers and technical sales cycles.
