Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing end-to-end sales processes. This role includes market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing presentations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

. Two wheeler and valid license is mandatory.
. Should be Comfortable to flexible to travel from North Andhra to Nellore districts.
. Base location will be Vijayawada.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new business opportunities
- Skills in Relationship Building and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industries such as Banking, Financial Services, and Physical Security Solutions is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics platforms
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
