We are hiring a Business Development Manager (Logistics) to join our growing team at Pune and Chennai. If you have a strong background in logistics sales and a passion for driving business growth, this opportunity is for you.
This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth in a competitive logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across target markets
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics sales/freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate revenue and meet targets
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
