Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located at our Kolkata Location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to create growth strategies. The role requires setting and meeting sales goals, preparing reports, and representing the company in client meetings and at industry events. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving revenue targets.Experience in Architects,Builders segment as well as Consultants is a must,
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience for minimum 7 to 8 years in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in the electrical cables or related manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
