Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. This role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at various trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and networking skills to identify and cultivate new opportunities
- Expertise in sales strategies, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and develop actionable strategies
- Experience in event management, project coordination, or trade promotional activities
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in event or trade fair industries is an advantag
