Gladful is a Gurgaon-based high-protein foods brand founded in 2022, focused on making healthy eating actually enjoyable. We appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2, where we secured a 3-shark deal, and since then have scaled rapidly across India.
Our products are made using clean, wholesome ingredients — no maida, no preservatives, no trans fats — and are designed to deliver both taste and nutrition.
Today, Gladful is live across all major quick commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit), as well as Amazon and Flipkart, and continues to grow fast in both D2C and B2B segments, including corporate gifting.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
We are looking for someone who can generate leads, build relationships, and most importantly — close deals in the B2B and corporate gifting space.
This role is not about managing pipelines on Excel. It’s about:
* Opening doors
* Getting meetings
* Converting conversations into revenue
You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients for bulk orders and gifting
* Leveraging your existing network to unlock faster business opportunities
* Owning the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing
* Building long-term relationships with clients
* Working closely with the founders to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment

* Strong communicator — clear, confident, and fluent in English
* Has existing connections/networks that can be leveraged for business
* A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding or constant direction
* Comfortable figuring things out independently — this is not a spoon-fed role
* Agile, street-smart, and quick to adapt in a fast-moving environment
