Role - Business Development Manager

Shift - 2PM to 11PM
If you understand the pulse of the creative industry and know how to turn conversations into conversions, this role is for you.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead and drive end-to-end business development strategy
- Bring strong experience working with or within creative agencies
- Confidently close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and scale revenue channels
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to align business with vision
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years of experience in BD/Sales (preferably in creative, marketing, branding, or advertising space)
- Deep understanding of the creative ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing leads and driving revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
