Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard new school partnerships
• Manage and grow existing key accounts
• Sell educational products and solutions aligned with NEP and 21st-century learning
• Build strong relationships with school leadership, principals, and decision makers
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
• Achieve revenue and growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to schools
• Strong understanding of IB and IGCSE school ecosystems
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in EdTech or educational solutions
• Network within international curriculum schools
