Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting thorough market analysis, strategizing client outreach, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company in industry events and presentations to promote services and expand the agency’s footprint.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge in advertising, marketing strategy, and event promotion or related fields
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the creative or advertising industry is advantageous
