Geevok Elevators is looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to join our New Delhi team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional responsible for expanding our footprint in the construction and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Presence: Actively visit construction sites, architects, and builders to introduce Geevok’s premium product range.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and conduct high-level meetings to present company capabilities and technical solutions.
- Sales Closure: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation and site visits to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and leverage a strong network within the construction industry to ensure a consistent project pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically with an established network of architects and builders.
- Industry Background: Direct experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry is highly preferred. Candidates from the broader construction/building materials sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, field-sales expertise, and the ability to close high-value orders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
