Job Profile: Business Development Manager – US Staffing
Location: India - Mohali | Full-time (FT)
Shift Timings – US Shifts (17:30 hrs- 2:30 hrs)
Must-Have Experience
Ø 3-5 years US staffing BD, proven by direct client onboarding via cold LinkedIn/email/call outreach.
Ø Full-cycle sales chops: prospecting through MSA/NDA closes and actual placements.
Ø US hours (EST/PST) comfort + W2/C2C/1099 basics and compliance know-how.
Core Skills to Probe
Ø Killer comms, closing power, CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav or ZoomInfo.
Ø Lead gen, relationship magic, negotiation—spot via resume examples/keywords.
Ø Numbers mindset: tracking revenue goals, retention rates, lead-to-close ratios.
