Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales and marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will also track market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong knowledge of market research, strategic planning, and sales strategy development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with the electronics or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
