Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, sales, and relationship management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, portfolio management, and investment strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and ethical practices in financial services
