Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in our Pimpri Chinchwad office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and managing client communications. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Market Research and Analysis abilities to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
- Strong Presentation and Negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently to meet deadlines and targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is highly desirable
