Business Development Manager – Fintech & Mortgage Tech (B2B)
Location: Remote
Valocity is a global fintech and property valuation technology platform transforming the mortgage and lending ecosystem for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Fintech & Mortgage Tech to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close enterprise deals across the BFSI sector.

What You'll Do
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas within the fintech, proptech, and mortgage ecosystem
- Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, and networking — managing the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and partner outreach programs with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal product, data, and operations teams
- Develop and execute business development strategies including operational planning, market expansion, and revenue growth initiatives
- Negotiate and close commercial deals with enterprise partners and stakeholders across the BFSI sector
- Represent Valocity at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility in the mortgage and lending space
- Train and mentor team members as the business development function scales
What We're Looking For
- 7–9 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with strong exposure to BFSI clients — banks, NBFCs, and HFCs
- Proven track record closing large enterprise deals with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder management
- Experience selling SaaS, fintech, proptech, or enterprise technology solutions to financial institutions
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, lending ecosystems, mortgage processes, and property valuation
- Experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem building is a strong advantage
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
- Business Development Manager, Enterprise Sales Manager, BD Lead, Sales Manager – Fintech, Account Executive – Enterprise, or Partnership Manager with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
