About the Role
Valocity is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the BFSI, lending, mortgage, and fintech ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client relationship management.
You will work closely with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and enterprise stakeholders while helping scale Valocity’s SaaS and fintech solutions across the lending and valuation ecosystem.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy enterprise sales, stakeholder management, strategic partnerships, and closing high-value B2B deals in fast-growing technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas within the fintech and mortgage ecosystem.
- Generate enterprise leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and client meetings.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams including product, operations, and data teams.
- Understand customer requirements and position tailored SaaS and fintech solutions aligned to business needs.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Represent Valocity at industry conferences, seminars, and fintech networking events.
- Support market expansion and go-to-market initiatives across target regions and customer segments.
- Mentor and support team members as the business scales further.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–9 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong exposure to BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or lending institutions.
- Experience selling SaaS, fintech, proptech, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, lending ecosystems, mortgage operations, or valuation processes.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-focused environments with high ownership.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
