Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas within the fintech/mortgage ecosystem
- Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, and networking with prospective customers
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams (product, data, operations)
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored, strategic solutions to address their business challenges
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including operational planning and market expansion
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and partner outreach programs
- Negotiate and close commercial deals with partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies, events, and content initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility
- Gain deep understanding of company products and effectively position them to clients and stakeholders
- Train and mentor team members over time as the team scales
- Drive internal alignment across functions to support business goals and transformation initiatives
Ideal candidate profile
Experience & Background
- 7–9 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Strong exposure to BFSI clients (banks, NBFCs, HFCs)
- Experience in selling SaaS / fintech / proptech / enterprise tech solutions
- Candidates with valuation, mortgage, or lending domain exposure are preferred
- Qualification -MBA graduate in Sales and Marketing or related field
Core Skillset (Must-Have)
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals
- Experience selling technology or SaaS platforms to financial institutions
- Strong understanding of banking workflows and lending ecosystem
- Ability to handle long sales cycles and complex stakeholder management
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem building
- Exposure to property valuation or mortgage processes
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
