This is a field-oriented role that requires strong leadership and execution skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and managing a team of field officers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Field Officers
• Drive sales and expand customer base across assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

✅ Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales/business development (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on performance) plus incentives
