Role Description
The Business Development Manager will drive growth and expand Fit-C’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, closing deals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role also involves conducting market research, representing Fit-C at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong ability to create and implement strategic sales plans and achieve measurable results
- Experience in Market Research and Client Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking sales performance
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness and familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel as needed
