Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition and expand FinanceKaart’s market presence
• Identify and develop high-value client and channel partnerships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales efforts
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Mentor and guide sales executives and field teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams for seamless client servicing
• Represent FinanceKaart in client meetings, networking events, and business forums

Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred) in Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of BFSI sales experience (Loans / Insurance / Investment / Fintech)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Understanding of financial products and fintech platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
