Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing and implementing strategies to meet targets, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery. The role also involves tracking performance metrics and preparing regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong business development expertise, including key account management market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic planning.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and identify customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
- Experience in managing operations and coordination between teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office applications.
- Experience in the building materials or related industry is preferred.
- Engineering/MBA degree.
