Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Andheri East, Mumbai The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include market research, developing growth strategies, driving sales initiatives, preparing detailed business reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives. You will also play a key role in representing Fateh at events, seminars, and workshops, promoting the brand's reputation and values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to create and execute growth strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed business reports and performing data analysis.
- Team collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and achieve collective goals.
- Familiarity with trends in education, specifically overseas education and IELTS training, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education consultancy or training services is a plus.
