Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving franchise growth by identifying and securing prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support franchisees. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating partnerships, monitoring market trends, and presenting business proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning, market research, and business analysis skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and partnership development
- Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles
- Experience in the franchising industry is a plus
