Role Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools and partners, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role includes conducting market research, leading outreach efforts, and developing tailored strategies to meet client needs while promoting the value of Ezyschooling’s solutions. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Development, B2B Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management, Field sales.
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Negotiation
- Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Networking
- Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships by fostering trust and understanding
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
- High self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the K-12 education sector or EdTech domain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
