About the Role
We are looking for a confident and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Shares Recovery / Unclaimed Investment Recovery team. This role is ideal for candidates who can handle quality leads, speak with maturity, build trust with prospects, and support meeting-based closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with interested prospects and understand their case background
- Handle high-value leads and professional client discussions
- Build trust with clients and families during the sales process
- Coordinate meetings and support closure of potential cases
- Follow up in a disciplined and professional manner
- Work closely with the internal team to improve lead conversion
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Confidence in speaking with serious prospects
- Mature and professional approach toward follow-up and discussions
- Sales or business development mindset
- Ability to work with ownership and discipline
- Experience in business development, client handling, or consultative sales will be preferred
