Role Description
Position - BDE/BDM
Location - Noida Sec 63(Onsite)
Looking for someone with experience working with prime Vendors/tier1 clients.
In Addition-
• Generating business by conducting new client meetings and developing key relationships with Managers and Directors within the IT industry.
• Utilized social platforms such as LinkedIn to source and vet candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Primary liaison between client and consultant for rate negotiations, problem resolutions and performance reviews.
• Daily interaction with clients POCs to gather the requirement and to manage the day-to-day workflow.
• Handling spokes.
• Involved in complete business development cycle - from Screening to placement.
• Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
• Conducting initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews.
• Building & nurturing strong long-term strategic relationships with the existing customers.
