About the RoleEvent Planet is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with prior experience in the Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, vendor coordination, and revenue generation.
This is a full-time on-site role that includes both office work and field visits as per business requirements.
Experience & Qualification- 1–3 years of experience (Hospitality Industry preferred)
- MBA Graduate (Marketing / Business Development preferred)
- Strong background in sales, partnerships, or client servicing
- Comfortable with client meetings and venue visits
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Understand client requirements and convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Prepare quotations and close deals within defined timelines
Client & Site Management
- Meet clients for discussions and finalization
- Conduct venue and site visits when required
- Act as single point of contact for assigned clients
Vendor & Partnership Coordination
- Manage venue and vendor relationships
- Conduct vendor visits and negotiations
- Ensure smooth coordination between client expectations and execution
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain CRM updates and sales tracking
- Share regular performance reports
- Follow company SOPs and discipline structure
Working Structure
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Working Days
- Rotational Weekly Off
- Field visits mandatory on business-demand days
