Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s services. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to tailor strategies, meet client needs, and manage projects effectively from initiation to delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of event management, including ATL, BTL, and digital or phygital campaigns
- Proficiency in sales and relationship management, including client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures
- Experience in social media marketing, marketing strategies, and promoting digital projects
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience within the events or marketing industry is highly advantageous
