Harrington, a premium carpet tile brand launched in 2016, is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across commercial, corporate, and institutional segments in Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, contractors, interior designers, corporates, PMC consultants, and government bodies.
· Actively generate project leads through market visits, networking, and industry engagement.
· Convert potential opportunities into confirmed projects through strategic follow-ups.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
· Ensure strong engagement with influencers in the specification stage of projects.
· Provide product presentations, samples, and technical support to clients.
3. Negotiation & Closing
· Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, specifications, and contract terms.
· Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
· Successfully close high-value institutional and corporate projects.
4. Sales Pipeline Management
· Maintain and track sales activities through CRM tools.
· Ensure regular follow-ups and movement of leads across various sales stages.
· Submit periodic sales reports and market intelligence insights.
5. Target Achievement
· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Drive revenue growth and expand market share in assigned territory.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Desired Profile
· Experience in B2B / Project Sales (preferably in building materials, flooring, interiors, or related industry).
· Strong network with architects, contractors, and corporate procurement teams.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
