Role Overview:
Euphoria Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its core and emerging verticals, including Assessments, SME Owners & CXO Coaching, and targeted L&D interventions.
This role requires a professional who understands consulting led sales, can engage credibly with senior stakeholders, and is comfortable translating organisational challenges into structured, high-impact solutions. The incumbent will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and converging opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs, promoters, CXOs, HR leaders, and leadership teams.
- Lead end-to-end business development cycles—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, pricing discussions, and closures.
- Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to create tailored approach notes, proposals, and solution narratives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship-driven selling, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
- Track opportunities, approach notes, and conversions using CRM systems and internal dashboards.
- Represent Euphoria Consulting at industry forums, leadership events, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of consulting, L&D, executive coaching, or HR advisory sales.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and decision-makers.
- High-quality business communication—written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value, not just pricing.
- Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and outcome-focused mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Management, HR, OD, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development within consulting, coaching, HR advisory, or professional services.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large consulting engagements.
- Experience selling intangible, high-impact services to senior stakeholders is critical.
