Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Ahmedabad location. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing business strategies, and presenting solutions tailored to clients' needs. The role involves conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will also contribute to achieving revenue targets through effective client management and partnership development.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Partner Engagement
- Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Writing
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to execute growth strategies effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the design, consultancy, or technology industry is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with a target-focused approach
- Willingness to work on-site at our Ahmedabad office
