Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. You will represent the company at networking events and ensure that client goals are achieved through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical capabilities for market research and trend analysis
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and design/consultancy services is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is an advantage
