Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business leads, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Additional responsibilities also include preparing reports, attending business meetings, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, business analysis, and identifying business opportunities
- Skills in developing strategic partnerships and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
