We act as a single partner from ingredient development to commercial supply, supporting customers across multiple categories and geographies.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to drive growth by building and expanding relationships with customers across FMCG, Food & Beverage, Home/Personal Care. Food Service companies. This is a strategic, relationship-led role, focused on identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and driving long-term partnerships.
Job Description
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Preparing of sales quotation and negotiation of prices with customers.
Account Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ needs and requirements.
Ensure supply chain meets timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Administration and Warehouse.
Business development:
Market research and lead generation by identifying new markets, new customers and pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in any discipline
Background in chemicals/ flavour and fragrance ingredients/ food ingredients/ FMCG ingredients is an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
Proven track record of building and managing key customer relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage both technical (R&D) and commercial (procurement) stakeholders
Self-starter and self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
