Position: Domestic Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG Packaging sector across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic countermeasures.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the FMCG
Packaging film industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
