Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and supporting the company’s sales and expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
- Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to handle client relationships professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, technology, engineering, or the drone industry will be preferred.
