📌 Job Title: Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who will work as an individual contributor, responsible for end-to-end sales and revenue generation. The role involves identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and converting them into successful enrollments.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Connect with prospective students/clients via calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/program recommendations
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure higher conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover
- 🔹 Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets as an individual contributor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
