About The Role:
Emversity is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive school outreach initiatives and expand our presence in the education sector. The role involves field engagement, relationship building, and achieving business growth through strategic partnerships with schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to schools for outreach and partnership development
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with school stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities within the education ecosystem
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
- Represent Emversity in events, seminars, and school interactions
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech field sales (school outreach preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Good geographic and local market knowledge
- Willingness to travel extensively
Additional Requirements:
- Bike and Laptop are mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
