Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Mangalore Karnataka, As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will strategize sales plans, lead client-focused presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy skills
- Experience in market research and lead generation
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software is an asset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required
