Hiring: Business Development Lead

We are seeking a Business Development Lead with a strong background in advertising agencies or film production houses to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business from brands and agencies
- Leverage existing industry relationships
- Lead client pitches and negotiations
- Close mid-to-high ticket creative projects
- Build long-term client partnerships
Requirements:
- 3–8+ years in Business Development, Agency Sales, or Client Servicing
- Experience in advertising agencies or film production houses
- Strong network within brand and agency ecosystem
- Clear understanding of production budgets and pitching processes
- Proven track record of closing deals
Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based commission.
