Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in South Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forming and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to support the growth and expansion of the company. The role includes conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic and solution-oriented approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of event management and brand activation is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
