Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dwarka. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing growth strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success. Additional tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, preparing business proposals, and evaluating overall performance against company objectives. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be crucial for this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, including identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and creating business proposals
- Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships and manage client expectations effectively
- Strategic planning and market research abilities to identify and respond to industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, reporting, and client engagement
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the BPO industry or a similar field is advantageous
- Result-oriented mindset with an ability to work independently and meet targets
