Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends to implement business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve set revenue targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

- Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and effective communication
- Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and developing business growth strategies
- Proven experience with sales processes, negotiation, and contract management
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for achieving revenue goals
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience in industrial storage systems or automation solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
