About the Role Eduloom Education is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our remote team. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, playing a vital role in guiding them toward the right higher education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm leads and incoming student enquiries via phone.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand the academic background and career aspirations of each student.
- Recommend suitable university programs and courses tailored to their specific profiles.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment and admission process.
Compensation and Work Structure
- Work Model: 100% Work from Home.
- Evaluation: We utilize a performance metrics model rather than a traditional, high-pressure target system. Our focus is on the quality of your counseling and consistent effort.
- Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 to ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Incentives: Uncapped commission structure with no upper limit, directly rewarding your successful admission conversions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A highly professional, patient, and empathetic approach to student counseling.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the discipline required to succeed in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, tele-calling, or business development is preferred but not required.
