Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth within the EdTech sector.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with educational institutions and government agencies.
3. Conduct school visits and deliver product demonstrations to school principals and other decision-makers, showcasing the features and benefits of our EdTech products, such as Smart Panels, 3D Labs, E-Libraries, Innovation Labs, etc.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Drive the sales process end-to-end: from school visits and demos to negotiation and deal closure.
6. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
