Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies for market growth. Core tasks will include conducting market research, negotiating with partners, managing recruitment activities, and meeting business performance targets. The role requires collaboration across internal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Proven skills in Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Negotiation
- Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Performance Target Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the international education sector and familiarity with global recruitment markets is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
