Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bathinda. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis, maintaining customer relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify leads and build client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, including life insurance products and market trends, is preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
