Echomind is building executive education programs and leadership development solutions for organizations. We work with companies, HR leaders, and institutions to create impactful learning experiences focused on leadership readiness, managerial capability, and workforce development.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive strategic partnerships and corporate growth for Echomind. The role involves connecting with HR leaders, L&D teams, CXOs, and academic institutions to identify learning needs and position leadership development and executive education solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, L&D leaders, and business stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities in leadership development and executive education space
- Drive enterprise outreach and partnership conversations with organizations
- Understand client learning challenges and propose customized solutions
- Collaborate with institutes for program execution
- Generate and manage B2B sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporations and educational institutions
- Represent Echomind in networking events, HR forums, and industry communities
Required Skills
- Strong business development and enterprise sales skills
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and decision-makers
- Understanding of L&D, executive education, HR consulting, or EdTech ecosystem preferred
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a startup environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2B sales, HR solutions, corporate training, consulting or EdTech,
- Existing HR/L&D network is an advantage
- MBA preferred
