Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, client engagement, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored technological solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business development, market research, and sales strategies.
- Proven expertise in client engagement, relationship management, and networking skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and other SaaS offerings is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to deliver data-driven insights and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with corporate environments and technology trends; prior experience in the IT industry is an asset.
